Valerie Pontiff, Principal

Valerie Pontiff founded New England Property Advisors with over 15 years commercial real estate experience. She has represented tenants in a wide range of industries providing a full complement of services including consulting and planning, site selection, and transaction negotiation. Her assignments have included build-to-suit projects, corporate headquarters facilities as well as field offices across the US.

Valerie is a licensed Broker in the State of Massachusetts and holds the Member Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation as well as a Massachusetts General Appraiser license. She holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Washington in Seattle. She is an active member of New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE) where she is immediate past chair of the Programs Committee and is currently serving a one-year appointment to the CREW Foundation Grant Making Committee. Valerie is also a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Positions held from 1995 through 2006 include Director of Valuation Advisory Services for Cushman & Wakefield and Vice President of Suburban Brokerage for CBRE.
